Covid 19 Safe Salon Guide
Under the current social distance guidelines, we will be working with a reduced number of staff and appointments. We’ll be working longer hours and more days to help accommodate you all in a safe environment.
- Pre-booked appointments only and please arrive on time and not before, as we cannot provide a reception or waiting area at this moment in time
- If you or anyone you have been in contact with is unwell, please re-schedule your appointment and if you cannot make your appointment please let us know as soon as possible
- You will receive your usual 48-hour reminder please make sure your details are up to date
- Online booking is temporarily closed and our phone lines will not be manned all-day
- Appointments will be limited to reduce the volume of people for social distancing, so please leave a message and we will get back to you
- Please come alone to your appointment unless you require a registered carer. You will not be able to bring children with you to your appointment
- You must wash your hands on arrival into the salon
- Please bring and wear a face mask at all times and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth for the duration of your appointment at the salon. All staff will be wearing visors.
- Please limit personal belongings to essential items only
- Maintain physical distancing throughout your visit
- The salon and equipment will be cleaned and sanitized regularly and in between every client. Single-use of equipment will be used where possible and we will be well-stocked with disinfectant, sanitizer and cleaning supplies
- We cannot provide drinks or magazines at this moment in time. Water will be available but we ask for no eating at your appointment
- There will be limited work stations in use and limited services
- We will try to remain cashless so payment by card is preferred
- Please don’t touch products throughout your visit, ask your stylist for assistance
- We won’t be able to offer fringe cuts at this time
- If you have used any colour product since you last visited us, it’s a legal requirement for an up to date patch test minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment
